One to one distance healing which is as effective as the in-person healing sessions.  During the session I am going to send the healing energy from the crystals which I intuitively choose and start the healing process.

Firstly, I will send you a general history/information sheet to complete before the session.

We will connect via video/phone so we can discuss your information sheet and anything that is coming up for you.  I will then open our connection and call upon the crystal spirits and light beings to support us with this healing process.  Then we will go into the energy healing session, this takes place on or off video.  You'll be listening to my voice so that you can deeply relax and often people drift into a deep sleep afterwards.

I invite you to make this a sacred experience by lighting a candle, using any essences that you enjoy and having any crystals with you.  I will play gentle music.  Make yourself as cosy as possible and wear comfortable clothes.  I will be intuitively guided to locate and address any blockages that you have; emotional, physical or spiritual.

After the session comes to a close, we can either reconnect via video so that we can share anything that has come up and I can provide any aftercare advice.  It is advised that you drink water after the healing as this will work with the crystal energy to release toxins from the body.

Alternatively, I can email a write up of the session along with any advice, this works well if you would like the choice to drift off to sleep afterwards.
