Crystal Healing and Sound Bath, 6 April 2024

Join us for a relaxing afternoon of Crystal Healing with Guided Meditation and Sound Bath by Chetna and Ursula as we harness the magical manifesting energies of the upcoming April New Moon.

We will set an intention with the Master Crystal Grid to release emotional and physical blockages in the body and bring balance through the powerful vibrations of crystals and sound.

During this deeply restorative healing session Ursula will place crystals on and around the body/energetic field and activate them. She will intuitively work with the crystals and provide individual healing.

Chetna will use Crystal Quartz singing bowls and other delicate instruments to further magnify the vibrational frequency of the crystals as she channels reiki through sound.

We will end the session breathing in positive affirmations as we manifest our wishes with the lunar energies.

Herbal tea will be served as we close the session.

Sound Baths are known to bring many benefits including bringing inner stillness where deep healing can occur. They can also strengthen the nervous system and balance the chakras thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress.

The church dates back to 1896 and has a beautiful apse and stained glass to create beautiful reflective colours. The church also has incredible acoustics which is perfect for healing in a sacred space.

Chetna regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She is a Gong Master, Reiki Master and Teacher in various modalities of healing. She has over 20 years of experience and training.

Ursula Ursula Kaprawy is a Certified Crystal Healer Teacher Master, Certificated Shamanic journeying, rituals and ceremonies, Art and Colour Therapist+ An Intuitive mix media Artist.  and regularly teaches courses and runs workshops.

Address: Richmond Unitarian Church, Ormond Road, Richmond, TW10 6TH (Side Entrance). There is no parking at the church however there are plenty of car parks in Richmond. The church is close to Richmond Bridge and is within walking distance from Richmond train/tube station.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring blankets, yoga mats, eye masks and cushions to feel warm and cosy during the session. You might also wish to bring a bottle of water.

Precautions: Tinnitus, Pacemaker, Pregnancy, Epilepsy, Severe Mental Health Disorders. Do not consume alcohol, recreational drugs or too much caffeine before attending a sound bath.
