Join me every Wednesday at 10:00am, as we explore the powerful energy of crystals and use them to enhance our meditation practice.
In this class, we will discover new crystal energies, balance our chakras with mantras and affirmations, set intentions, relax with soothing sounds, and even pull oracle cards for guidance. Optional sharing time and weekly wellness tips will also be included.
