These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ursula Kaprawy Website, located at www.ursulakaprawy.com.  By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. General

No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.

 

Prices

All prices displayed are in £ Sterling (GB Pounds)  If you wish to convert these prices to another currency we suggest you use a currency converter of your choice, there are many available with a Google search. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of any conversion to other currencies. We will charge your card in £ Sterling (GB Pounds) and your card issuer will convert the transaction to your own currency on the day they process the transaction. This may not be the same rate as shown on any currency converter.

 

Delivery

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. 

 

The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer. 

 

The Seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions. 

 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in United Kingdom.

 

For all orders please allow 1-2 working days for order processing.

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

 

Delivery Information, Postage & Packing

Ursula Kaprawy shop uses Royal Mail delivery for packages up to 2kg, 

Minimum UK delivery charge of goods in the shops is £4.74 all other charges are based on weight costings.

Minimum postage delivery charge is £25

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any of our products. Please note that in the nature of crystals, minerals, and artwork here are imperfections, which makes them unique, so please make sure you have understood the dimensions, shapes and properties prior to purchasing.

However, on the rare occasion that our customers receive a damaged item, within our guidelines, upon return, customers can expect a full refund. All queries will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

We will not refund any postage on a faulty item.

​

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, and require photographic evidence within one week of purchase.

​

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If a fault develops outside of the day return period, or the item is difficult to package and return, contact us by email at uk.r@hotmail.com - before you return the item so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods should be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 5 days will not be accepted.

 

The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

CREDIT NOTE

Credit notes are valid only for 12 months from date of issue.

Legal Liability

The contracts from the sales of goods by Ursula Kaprawy shop shop  shall be subject to and governed by English law.

 

Liability of Ursula Kaprawy  and Ursula Kaprawy shop shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Ursula Kaprawy cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells. 

 

Disclaimer

All Crystal Associations, Healing uses, Magical uses and Metaphysical Definitions are provided as a means to Educate the user, and do not imply a Guarantee of effect. Those suffering from Illness should consult with

Sessions *Cancellations & Timeliness Policy

My availability for 1-1 session times is very limited.  For this reason, I ask that you are fully committed to showing up on time, and being 100% present and authentic for our session.

 

It is also important that you have downloaded the Zoom app. (HERE), before our session.

 

Your calendar should have already made the necessary time adjustments based on your time-zone, however please double-check that you have noted down the correct time for our session, as it can be confusing. Refunds are not given for confusion about session times, however an alternate session time will be offered.  

 

Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due at time of booking and can be made with a credit card or PayPal. Session prices are in pounds Sterling (GBP), but the equivalent value will be deducted in your own currency if you are booking from overseas.

 

All sessions are non refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session after this time, then your payment will be kept in credit for up to 6 months to be used towards another appointment.

 

If you need to re-schedule a session, please give me at least 48 hours notice.  If you have an emergency and are unable to make it to the session, please give me as possible notice and we will re-schedule.  In turn, I will honour all our appointments. In the unlikely event that I cannot keep our appointment, I will give you at least 48 hours notice and we will re-schedule.

If you arrive late to a session, your session will end at the original scheduled time. If I start a session late, I will make up the time at the end of the session if possible for both of us, or add time to an upcoming session.

​

Clarity & Boundaries Honour Both Parties.

 

No-shows at date of session are strictly non-re-schedule, however 50% of your booking fee may be used in credit towards making another booking.

Transparency

I value full transparency in my businesses. For this reason, I would like to emphasis how important your energy and effort is in achieving the life-changing results you dream of! I make no promises and do not guarantee results, because the alchemy is out of my hands. Only you are the master of your own magic!

 

You would not hire a personal trainer and expect to get fit by watching them lift the weights for you! Similarly, I can provide you with insight, tools, strategies, support and advice - but I can't do the work for you.

The more you give to this process, the more you will receive from our time together.

 

I promise I will do my absolute best to help you find the light within yourself, so you can achieve the healing and success you desire (and deserve!). The heavy lifting, however is up to you!
