As you enter the sacred space, you'll be invited to lie down, similar to yoga Nidra allowing your body and mind to fully relax and embrace the healing journey ahead.
I will create a sacred space by placing crystals around the altar and on the body each carefully selected to create a harmonious energy field.
After the crystal healing session, you'll have the opportunity to draw Oracle cards, each deck offering its own wisdom and guidance.
Whether seeking guidance on a specific issue or simply connecting with your inner self, this class is the perfect opportunity to find clarity and healing.
🔷 Weekly Focus:
You'll delve into various crystals, chakras, and oracle readings, exploring their healing properties and spiritual significance.
Each week, we'll focus on a different crystal channeling its unique energy and wisdom.
💠 Chakra Work:
I will guide you through working with the seven major chakras: the root, the sacral, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, then third eye, and the crown. Together, we'll balance and align these energy centres for holistic well-being.
