  • What should I wear for a healing session?
    Loose comfortable clothes in natural fabric would be perfect
  • Do I need to have my own crystals to join a zoom moon circle?
    It is not necessary but is desirable. Lighting a candle and having a note book and pen is important.
  • How long does my order take to ship?
    All orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. I want to get your order to you as soon as possible, without compromising on the careful packaging, writing a handwritten note to thank you for every order. Your crystal beauties will usually be dispatched within 2-4 days and you will receive email confirmation.
  • Do you offer international postage?
    Not at the moment, sorry. Watch this space!
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos, or video and Live Streaming via Instagram. Clients understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in device screen colouring. That being said, we want all our crystals to be loved, and our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue. If we do accept a return, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.
  • Where are you based?
    I am based in West London, the full address is given upon confirmation of booking. I work from home in a beautiful dedicated healing space set amongst nature. The nearest tube is St Margarets or Richmond and a short bus ride either way. bus stop Talbot Road stop travelling from Richmond or from St Margaret's direction, then a 10-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is Lynton Close traveling from central London Or there is free parking.
  • How long should I allow for the session?
    Please allow one and a half hours for your first session, this includes a consultation and whatever healing method has been chosen for the time.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    My cancellation policy timeframe is 48hours notice required otherwise 50% of the treatment session will be due/deducted. All my sessions are pre-booked, there are no walk-ins, therefore my time is secured in advance, which means that space is honoured with your booking and therefore payment in advance is required. There is a large amount of time spent over and above the treatment time ensuring that the sacred space is prepared beforehand and cleared thoroughly afterwards, as well as preparing myself as a therapist to be in the best possible place to do the work needed.
  • Why is it important to have a free discovery call before booking?
    This is a 15 min call to discuss 1:1 session. It is important to have a chat prior to booking, just to get an outline of your needs and to see whether I can meet those needs and vice versa on a client/therapist basis. Having a chat also breaks the ice a little.
